All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. For all in stock items, you'll receive a notice that your purchase has shipped within two business days.
All orders ship from Hollywood, California; please allow 2-10 business days for orders within the United States to arrive, and up to four weeks for international orders.
Returns
Heavy Metal Picks are sent in multiple layers of protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or otherwise not as described, please contact us to request a return within 3 days. As soon as the order has been returned, you'll be issued a refund through paypal for the purchase price minus shipping.
