All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and orders within the US will include delivery confirmation. For all in stock items, you'll receive a notice that your purchase has shipped within three business days.
All orders ship from Hollywood, California; please allow 2-10 business days for orders within the United States to arrive, and up to six weeks for international orders. International customers are responsible for all taxes or customs fees that may be applicable to their order.
Returns
Heavy Metal Picks are sent in multiple layers of protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or otherwise not as described, please contact us to request a return within 3 days. As soon as the order has been returned, you'll be issued a full refund through paypal.
